Nice to be home..

First activity was to attend a recognition day of my nephew, Kent Andrei who finished his Kindergarten I with a 7th Honors. I used to pin his 4 ribbons for his meritorious awards.

And now I am studying how to be a photographer with my tutor and a friend of mine, Arvin. As of now, I learn how to use my SLR like when and how aperture and shutter speed work. I will post some of my shots, not that good but it can be considered OK as a beginner in this craft.

All of a Sudden Trip

This was really the trip without any plans. It was started when we were talking how we will end this semester and about unwinding our minds due to our final exams while we were having our lunch break. First, we were suggesting about going to MOA but Jerome suggested that how about going to a place outside the Metro Manila and that's Tagaytay that he was referring of. We were all shocked but we agreed. :) It was a challenging and thrilling idea, right?
While we were in our bus going to Tagaytay
Tagaytay City, here we come!
First destination, Peolple's Park in the Sky

 Failed jump shot :(

 At Picnic Grove
World's Largest Ferris Wheel soon. It can only found in Tagaytay. We just stopped by there 'coz the tricycle driver told us that we can found there the World's Largest Puzzle Mansion but a wrong one.

Abbey, Jerome, and Vevien were only have Php500 back then, from the fare, food, and many more. A perfect semester ender!

Concierto Piyu 85

It was a tradition that every celebration of the founding anniversary of our university, there was also a concert for the students, it consists of performances from the homegrown talents of FEU, celebrities, singers, dancers and also music bands. This year, the concert was not celebrated on the set date of the week long celebration then it was move to another date then again, it was move to March 16. It served as our semester ender as well.
I still have my two final exams on that day - AudCis and manCon and a class in ActGov. I entered the school in a civilian 'coz for the first time, they suspended the uniform policy on the given day to give way also who doesn't have any class anymore to attend.
We were waiting for Mark, that's why we took pictures for a while.
 Setting up the stage
Opening number from the FEU Talents

Sing and Dance performance from Kimpoy Feliciano

Our guest host, Ms. Joyce Pring who was known as MYX Vj in Studio 23

Ms. Julie Ann San Jose singing her single in her Platinum Album.
Joyce Pring singing before leaving the concert. I just don't remember what she sang. She's so beautiful with a great voice. Her brother is studying also in FEU.

FEU Basketball Team presented to the students and had their Harlem Shake.

Chris Cayzer also performed on that night but
I wasn't be able to take a picture of him

Philippine All Stars. All they did was to amaze us students and every minute,
all you can hear from the audience saying "Owww"
because of the stunts they showed to us.

Ney Dimaculangan, a former 6cyclemind vocalist who sung his latest single from his album as solo artist.

The most awaited band, the Moonstar 88 who performed their famous songs Migraine and the most requested song Torete. They also performed their latest single from their new album.
And as a finale of the event, here's the video of the Fireworks Display of Concierto Piyu 85 (pronounced as Otso Singko).

After almost 6 hours of standing and watching for the concert, so tiring indeed a happy one.

Happy 19th Bday bro!

Happy Birthday lil Bro Reymark Velasco! Yea, ur not little anymore but your still my little brother! Nothing will change! This is the first time that you will be celebrating your day without me, so sad :( you know what are the reasons why and I know that you can understand my stand. Well, I just remember nung nabunggo mo lang yung kamay ko, and you told me "Ay sorry ate, I love you" that was one of the precious moment that I ever had with you.We fight, argue, jealous and any insecurities that we had as bro/sis like other siblings does but we can hold on to the thought that we care and most especially we love each other. There are things that we cannot say but we can feel it, things that we may not understand today but in time, you will just realized what we are saying like the things that you are jealous of, pag nagmatured ka na, masasabi mo na lang Ay ganun pala.

I am so thankful to have you considering that your sweet at all times, and i am sorry if sometimes I can't be the best ate, especially when I am stress due to my academics and ikaw napagbabalingan ko ng galit at inis, kahit minsan sumasagot ka din sa galit ko. Ay naiiyak na ko, how I wish that I can say this personally pero mukhang sa letter ko muna kaya kapatid. I love you. See you on Wednesday! Happy 19th Birthday!

No Goodbyes.

Last Saturday, March 9 was sad evening for me 'cause it was the time that I will say goodbye to a friend. There's nothing new about saying goodbye 'cause I grew up living a life without my parents and my bro who are working abroad and lot of times that friends leave me also for different reasons. But someone who are very close in my heart, the one who I opened my family problems, my dreams and my personal issues as well leave me just to work abroad. He will be working in Dubai for three years with his brother. At first, I can't accept it, but who am I to be a hindrance of his dreams? I don't have right for that so what can I only do for him is to accept it and be happy for him. I will share some photos of that night. I just really love him and I will miss him really.

We just gave him a cake and a card
(sorry but I can't provide a picture of the card)
A group who are all Ilocanos except Dave Villaluna from AU. We met him thru Dennis Coloma who are now taking his career in Pangasinan. This group was made last 2010 thru common friends, 'til such time that every time we meet, there is someone who brings a new one. On that day, Ruben Apelacio, an Ilocano also was our new friendship. I'm also sorry 'cause he was the one taking our picture.
